What Is the Frieze Art Fair?

Combining 150 of the world’s most notable art galleries, the Frieze Art Fair brings contemporary art to a whole new level.

It boasts of a variety of art-themed activities like performances, commissioned artworks, discussions, and curated exhibitions.

Aside from the Frieze Art Fair, the Regent’s Park is also home to the Frieze Masters. Compared to its contemporary-themed sister fair, the Frieze Masters showcases historical art.      

Where Is Regent’s Park?

Located along Chester Road and close to Best Western Palm Hotel Cricklewood, Regent’s park is nature’s oasis at the hustle and bustle of the city.

Getting There

There are three ways that you can get to Regent’s Park. By tube, you can take the Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City, and the Jubilee. By train, you can take the Overground Lines.  

When Is the Best Time to Visit?

For this year, the Frieze Art Fair will have its Invitation Only Preview on October 3.

On October 4, another Invitation Only Preview will take place from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Frieze Art Fair will also conduct a private viewing from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

If you’re planning to witness the Frieze Art Fair during your stay at any of the hotels near Wembley Arena, set your schedules on October 5 and 6. Finally, the fair is open for public viewing from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. As these are scheduled on a Friday and Saturday, this will be the perfect weekend getaway for you and your family.

How Much Is a Frieze Art Fair Ticket?

Since the Frieze Management wants you to have a hassle-free and calming experience, tickets for the Frieze Art Fair are on limited stocks. Prices start at £64.50 up – depending on your desired schedule.

Want to visit the fair after a day at work? After work tickets for October 5 are available at £27.

If you’re a student or planning to bring your children with you, discounted prices start at £26.

For visitors who want to visit both the Frieze Art Fair and the Frieze Masters, tickets cost around £60. 

To book your tickets, you can visit their website and have an online reservation. Hurry up, though, as their tickets are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
